Many of our pieces are handcrafted, made-to-order, or customized specifically for each customer.
Unless a product is marked as “Ready to Ship,” please allow approximately 4 to 7 weeks for production and processing before shipment.
While many orders may be completed and shipped sooner, we ask that customers allow the full 4 to 7 week timeframe before contacting us regarding production status.
READY TO SHIP ITEMS
Items designated as “Ready to Ship” will typically be processed and shipped within 5 business days after the order is placed.

Sparkling Lab proudly offers complimentary shipping on all orders within the United States.
No minimum purchase is required.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Sparkling Lab is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Sparkling Lab is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers are encouraged to ensure a secure delivery location for all shipments.
