ELIGIBILITY
Customers may request a return within seven (7) days of receiving their order if there is a problem with the item, including a manufacturing defect or if the item arrives damaged.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    - Reported within 7 days of delivery.
    - Unworn and in its original condition.
    - Returned with all original packaging and documentation.
RETURN REQUESTS
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@sparklinglab.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.
All return requests are subject to review and approval by Sparkling Lab.
REFUNDS
Sparkling Lab does not offer refunds.
STORE CREDIT
Approved returns will receive store credit for the purchase amount. Store credit may be used toward any future purchase on our website and does not expire.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit unless they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect:
    - Custom-made jewelry
    - Personalized or engraved pieces
    - Made-to-order items
    - Special orders
    - Final sale items
SHIPPING COSTS
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise determined by Sparkling Lab.
